摘要
钢厂除尘废水常用重力沉降或絮凝—沉降法净化。由于尘粒微细,自然沉降缓慢。固体悬浮物(简称SS)具有强磁性,故用复合絮凝-磁滤或絮凝-磁滤净化法能改善固液分离效果。本文在系统研究净化工艺基础上,对磁分离过程的数学模型进行了较详细的探讨。
Dust-removing waste water is commonly purified by gravity settling or flocculation-settling methods.As the dust particles are very fine,the natural settling process is slow.The solid suspended matter has strong magnetism,so the solid-liquid separation effect can be improved by the complex flocculation-mangetic filtering or flocculation-magnetic filtering methods. On the basis of the systematic study of the purification technology,the paper discusses in a detailed way the mathematical model of the magnetic separation process.
