摘要
目的探讨个体化的护理对减少安装永久性人工心脏起搏器手术患者的并发症的影响效果。方法将1996～2006年安装永久性人工心脏起搏器的213例患者分为AB二组,A组患者只施行一般的常规护理,B组在常规护理的基础上,还特别注意对患者的个体化护理。结果A组的术后并发症为24.7%,B组术后并发症为4%,B组的术后并发症较A组明显下降,下降了20.7%,效果显著。结论对安装永久性人工心脏起搏器患者注意个体化护理,可大大降低术后并发症的发生。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of individualized nursing on reducing complications after artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods： From 2003 to 2005, 213 patients undergone permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation were divided into two groups. Group A were chosen to receive individualized nursing while group B received routine nursing. Results： The occurrence of complications in group B （4%） was significantly reduced by 20.7% compared with group A （24.7%）. Conclusions： Individualized nursing after artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation significantly helped to reduce postoperational complications.
