摘要
目的观察大黄素胶囊对地芬诺酯引起的便秘模型小鼠的排便作用以及与大黄苏打片作用的比较。方法将ICR小鼠分成6组,包括空白对照组、地芬诺酯模型组、大黄素25mg/kg组(小剂量组)、大黄素50mg/kg组(中剂量组)、大黄素100mg/kg组(大剂量组)、大黄苏打片500mg/kg组。除空白对照组、模型组灌胃蒸馏水外,余4组按剂量给药,观察记录每只小鼠首次排黑便时间和6h排便粒数并称粪便总重量。结果模型组首次排出黑便时间比对照组显著延长(P<0.001),大黄素25、50、100mg/kg组使排便时间显著缩短(P<0.001),大黄苏打片使排便时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。地芬诺酯使排便粒数及排便重量显著减少(P<0.01),3个剂量大黄素及大黄苏打片对小鼠6h内排便粒数及排便重量均显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论大黄素胶囊使便秘小鼠首次排便时间显著缩短,排便重量显著增加,对便秘具有较好的治疗作用,总体效果优于大黄苏打片。
Objective To observe the effect of emodin capsule on constipation model mice caused by diphenoxylate and compare it with the effect of Rhubarb ＆ sodium bicarbonate tablet. Methods The ICR mice were divided into 6 groups as blank control group, diphenoxylate model group, emodin 25mg/kg,50mg/kg,100mg/kg group, and Rhubarb ＆ sodium bicarbonate tablet 500mg/kg group. The blank control group and model group were given distilled water intragastrically while the rest 4 groups were given certain doses. The time of first dark stool defecation and 6 - hour defecation quantity of each mouse were observed and recorded. The total weight of stool was weighed. Results The time of first dark stool defecation of the model group is markedly longer than that of control group （ P 〈 0.001 ）. The defecation time of emodin 25, 50, 100 mg/kg group markedly decreases （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The Rhubarb ＆ sodium bicarbonate tablet has markedly shortened the defecation time （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The diphenoxylate has markedly reduced the quantity and weight of defecation （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The 6 - hour defecation quantity and weight of mice after being given 3 emodin doses and Rhubarb ＆ sodium bicarbonate tablet respectively ,were markedly increased （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions The emodin capsule has markedly shortened the first defecation time of mice and increased defecation weight. It has sound treatment effect on constipation and its overall effect is superior to Rhubarb ＆ sodium bicarbonate table .
