摘要 内源性大麻素物质及其受体在人体内有广泛的生理学作用,与镇痛、免疫调节、心血管、能量代谢等有关,并参与一些疾病的病理过程。对内源性大麻素系统的研究不仅能阐明一些疾病的病理机制,还有助于新药的研发,为相关疾病的治疗提供新的方向。 The recent identification of cannabinoid receptors and their endogenous lipid ligands has triggered an exponential growth of studies exploring the endocannabinoid system and its regulatory functions in health and disease. The endocannabinoid system has been implicated in a growing number of physiological functions. They are involved in analgesia, immunomodulation, cardiovascular, energy metabolism and so on. Research of endocannabinoid system not only elucidates the pathomechanism of some diseases, but also contributes to the development of new drug, and provides new direction of correlated diseases'therapy.
