Progresses of molecular mechanisms underlying cancer pain

摘要 癌症痛的分子机制的研究在最近几年取得了突飞猛进的发展,现就癌痛动物模型、癌痛特征性的神经生化改变和参与癌痛形成的致痛因素等方面的进展作一综述。 Cancers have a strong predilection to metastasize to bone. Bone metastasis results in pain. Pain can have a devastating effect on the quality of life in advanced cancer patients. Although bone cancer pain is one of the most severe and common, relatively little is known about the mechanisms that generate and maintain this pain. New insights into the mechanisms that induce cancer pain now are coming from animal models. Understanding the mechanisms underlying the pathophysiology of bone cancer pain will improve our ability to provide mechanism-based treatments therapies.
