摘要
本试验选择细辛、杏仁、北沙参等几味平喘药,观察其对家兔血浆中血糖浓度的影响。结果表明,与对照组比较,试验组家兔在给药3.25h后血糖浓度显著升高,5.75h后又回到正常水平。血糖的升高可能是由于β2受体兴奋引起肝糖原分解。血糖浓度升高后,肝中葡萄糖激酶发挥作用,使过多的血糖再合成肝糖原储存起来,随着药物的代谢和葡萄糖激酶发挥作用,血糖浓度又再次降低,恢复到正常水平。因此,血糖的变化可以反映平喘药在机体内药理效应的变化,故可以确定血糖为生化指标,通过测定平喘药对机体血糖浓度的影响来评价其药理效应。
The test chooses several kinds of anti - asthmatic agents, such as Herba Asari, Bitter Apricot Seed, to observe its influence on the blood sugar concentration of the rabbit. It is concluded that the blood sugar concentration of pro - experiment group arises heavily after injecting for 3.25 hours, then returning to the normal level after injecting for 5.75 hours. It may be caused by the stimulation of β2 receptor, which lead to liver glycogen break up. Under the effect of Gluconokinase in the hver, excessive blood sugar convert to liver glycogen and store it after the blood sugar concentration rises. Along with metabolism of the drugs and the effect of Gluconokinase, the blood sugar concentration decline to normal level again. The effect of Anti - asthmatic agents in the body can be reflected by the variety of the blood sugar concentration. So the blood sugar is nominated as the index of biochemistry to evaluate the effect of Anti - asthmatic agents in the body by observing the blood sugar concentration of the rabbit.
