摘要
各种证据表明,垄断制约了中国经济效率的发挥,并对社会收入差距的扩大有极大影响。但由于垄断行业的自身特点和改革的顺序性推进,迄今为止垄断行业依然是我国改革相对滞后的领域。为转变增长方式和促进和谐社会的建设,应从三个方向、四个层次深化垄断行业的体制改革,并且应该积极、规范地加强对自然垄断行业的价格规制。
It is proofed that monopoly restricts the efficiency of Chinese economy and it greatly influences the gap of social income. However, because of its own features and the reform promotion in sequence, the monopoly industry is still the field where reform lags behind in our country. To transform the growth mode and to promote the construction of the harmonious society, the system reform of monopoly industry should be deepened in three aspects and four categories, and the price system in natural monopoly industry should be actively regulated.
