摘要
采用酸化并在不同温度下烘干、丙酮处理、氢氧化钠处理、酯化及掩蔽氨基等化学方法对酵母菌进行修饰处理,分别研究其对铜离子的生物吸附情况。实验结果表明,高温下烘干会破坏酵母菌的结构,使得其对Cu2+的吸附量下降。酵母菌经丙酮和氢氧化钠处理后吸附量增加,而经酯化及掩蔽氨基处理后可使吸附量降低。
In this artical, the yeast was modified with several chenical methods such as acidification and dried at different temperature, the acetone processing, sodium hydroxide processing, esterification and cover up the amidogen, and studied it to adsorb the copper ions. The results of experiment suggested that when dried at high temperature would destroy the structure of beer yeast and make the biomass of Cu^2+ descent. Through the acetone processing, sodium hydroxide processing, the biomass increased, however, through the esterlfication and cover up the amidngen processing, the biomass descent obviously.
