摘要
我国是一个多民族的国家,少数民族地区在我国有着极其重要的地位。少数民族的稳定和发展,对我国现代化发展都是有着巨大的影响。由于历史和现实的原因,少数民族在适用刑法的过程中不可避免地需要根据自己的情况进行变通。本文就变通的原因、依据、原则等相关的问题进行探讨。
China is a multinational country. The minority area has an important status in our country. Miniority＇s stability and development will have great influences on our country modernization. Due to history and reality, minority will make the criminal law suitable to its own situation in the process of carrying out the criminal law. This article is discussing on the reasons of versatility, bases of versatility and principles of versatility.
