γ-catenin研究进展与非小细胞肺癌

摘要 γ-catenin是一种多功能蛋白质,具有介导细胞间黏附与信号传导两大功能。目前研究显示γ-catenin在多种肿瘤中存在突变与异常表达,其与肿瘤的发生、发展与预后密切相关。
