摘要
目的:探讨信号传导子和转录活化子3(STAT3)在小鼠胚胎围种植期子宫内膜的表达和活化及其与胚胎种植的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SABC法检测昆明小鼠胚胎围种植期(D0、D1、D3、D4、D5和D6天)STAT3在小鼠子宫内膜和腺体的表达与活化情况。结果:STAT3和活化状态的STAT3(P-STAT3)只在妊娠的D4午夜在宫腔上皮细胞有强表达,而在其他的时间无表达或有弱表达。将STAT3和P-STAT3在D4组的灰度值与其他各组的灰度值进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论:STAT3在小鼠子宫内膜的表达和活化的时间正好和胚胎在子宫内膜黏附种植的时间相一致。STAT3和P-STAT3可能参与了胚胎的种植和子宫内膜容受性建立的过程。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression and activation of STAT3 and mouse embryo implantation. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and activation of STAT3 in endometrium during mouse embryo implantation. Results: STAT3 and P - STAT3 ( activated form of STAT3 ) strongly expressed in luminal epithelium at the midnight of day 4 of pregnancy. The value of gray scale of group D4 was compared with that of other groups. There was significant differences between D4 and other groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The time of expression and activation of STAT3 is coincident with the time of mouse embryo attachment and implantation. These data suggests that STAT3 and P - STAT3 play important roles in mouse embryo attachment and implantation.
