摘要 为探明冷应激对雏鸡下丘脑NO代谢的影响,以公雏鸡为实验动物,进行急性(1 h、6h及12 h)与慢性(5 d1、0 d及20 d)冷应激处理(12℃±1℃),检测了下丘脑NO含量i、NOS与T-NOS活性以及iNOS基因mRNA的表达水平。结果,急性应激时,NO含量i、NOS与T-NOS活性以及iNOS基因mRNA的表达水平均随应激时间的延长逐渐降低;慢性应激时,NO含量i、NOS与T-NOS活性以及iNOS基因mRNA的表达水平均随应激时间的延长逐渐升高。结果表明,冷应激可导致下丘脑NO的代谢发生改变,不同程度的冷应激对NO代谢产生的影响也不同。 To explore the effect of cold stress on hypothalamic NO metabolism in chickens,male ISA chickens were subjected to acute(for 1 h,6 h and 12 h,respectively) and chronic(for 5 d, 10 d and 20 d,respectively) cold stress (12 ℃±1 ℃). NO contents,iNOS and T-NOS activities,and iNOS mRNA levels in hypothalamus of the chicken were examined. The results were as follows. NO contents,iNOS and T-NOS activities, and iNOS mRNA levels all gradually decreased with the time lapsing during acute cold stress. NO contents,iNOS and T-NOS activities,and iNOS mRNA levels all gradually increased with the time lapsing during chronic cold stress. The results suggested that cold stress could play a role in regulation and toxicity of the organism through the alteration of NO metabolism, and the different extent cold stress would produce different effects on NO metabolism.
