摘要
本文介绍了某化纤厂对全厂废水处理系统进行工艺改进的情况。通过采取对废酸水进行清污分流,黑液与浓酸水混合酸析等措施,使最终出水基本达到国家二级排放标准,并实现了废水的综合治理和集中排放,达到“以废治废、节约资源”的目的。
The total system reform process of waste water treatment from a chemical fiber factory was introduced. The concentrated discharge and comprehensive treatment was achieved by the actions such as： segregating of acid waste water based on pollution level, the acidolysis of cotton pulp black liquor and high concentration acid waste water, etc. Ultimately effluent met the requirement of class Ⅱ of the national waste water discharge standard. The process was characterized that saving resources and treating waste water by waste water.
