摘要
用高温熔融法制备了x Bi2O3—20B2O3-(80-x)SiO2(Bx,x=60mol%、65mol%、70mol%)系列玻璃,借助钛宝石飞秒激光器采用Z扫描方法测试了样品的三阶非线性光学特性。测得样品B70在780nm处的三阶非线性折射率n2和非线性吸收系数β分别为:n2=6.017×10^-12esu和β=0.366cm/GW,样品为自聚焦材料。该样品的吸收相移和折射相移的比值K为0.19(K〈1),表明该样品可作为光限幅候选材料。
A serial of Bismuth glasses with the composition of x Bi2O3-20B2O3-(80 - x )SiO2 (Bx, x = 60,65,70 molar percent)glasses were prepared by the conventional melting method. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of glasses was investigated by Z-scan technique using femto-second Ti:Sapphire laser pluses. The values of n2 and β at 780 nm in 1370 sample are equal to 6. 017 × 10^-12 esu and 0. 366 cm/GW, respectively, and this kind of glass acts as a self-focusing medium, the twophoton absorption included. The ratio of nonlinear refraction to the absorption of the optical is 0.19, which is smaller than 1. It is a kind of promising material with a good optical limiting performance.
