摘要
采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,对8个不同来源的丹参种质生物学性状、产量性状及药效成分含量进行研究和比较评价.结果表明:8个丹参种质在株高、冠幅、茎、叶、花冠颜色,以及根部性状方面均存在明显差异,可根据这些特征和差异区别鉴定不同的丹参种质;8个丹参种质中的南丹参和商洛丹参最适宜在陕西商洛地区推广种植,甘西鼠尾和山东白花丹参可以作为搭配品种,其他品系不适宜在该地区种植.但三叶丹参是一个高抗根结线虫病的种源,可以作为抗病育种材料利用.
Through field experiment and laboratory analysis, physiological and yield characteristics, as well as drug effective composition content of idioplasms of eight kinds of dan shen from different sources were studied and evaluated. The results indicated that there were significant differences in plant height, coronal breadth, stem color, leaf and corolla and root characteristics among these eight kinds of dan shen, which could be used for the identification of the sources of different dan shen. Among the eight kinds of dan shen, Nan dan shen and Shangluo dan shen are shown to be most suitable to be planted and extended in Shangluo area, Shannxi Province, and Ganxi dan shen and Shandong Baihua dan shen can be subordinate varieties, while the others are unsuitable to be planted in Shangluo area. However, due to the high resistance to rootknot nematode disease, Sanye dan shen can be used as seeds.
