摘要
目的：建立蒙药嘎日迪-5、那如-3样品中黄酮类化合物的提取及含量测定法.方法：以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用索氏抽提器提取样品中黄酮类化合物,用比色法测定其含量.结果：回归方程为C=0.1007A-3.038×10^-4,r=0.9972,定量测定线性范围为0.008～0.048mg.mL^-1,加样回收率为98.88%～99.77%,RSD=0.452%（n=3）.嘎日迪-5中黄酮类化合物含量约8.57mg.g^-1;那如-3中黄酮类化合物含量约9.43mg.g^-1.结论：本法操作简便,经济可靠,重现性好,便于推广使用,适合于各种丸剂药物中黄酮类化合物含量的测定.
Objective：To establish the method of extraction and determination of flavonoids contents from Mongolian materia medica garidi -5 and naru -3. Methods：Using methyl alcohol as extracting agent, the flavonoids were extracted by Soxhlet extractor and its contents were determined by the colofimetric method. Results.The linear regression equation was C = 0. 1007A- 3. 038 × 10^-4 ,r = 0. 9972, the linear range of quantitative determination was 0.008 - 0. 048mg. mL^-1. The contents of flavonoids was 8.57mg. g^-1 in garidi -5 and was 9.43 mg. g^- 1 in naru -3. Conclusion. This method was simple and accurate with good reproducibility and is suitable for the determination of flavonoids in all kinds of pills.
