经颅磁刺激在中风康复中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 经颅磁刺激(TMS)是一种无创的、非侵入性的外源性刺激,可通过测定兴奋后静止期(SP)、运动诱发电位(MEP)、中枢传导时间(CCT)值来预测中风患者的功能恢复情况,且可对中风患者的康复起辅助治疗作用。本文主要介绍TMS作为治疗工具、研究工具、检查工具在中风康复中的应用。
