摘要
急性膝关节脱位是一种严重的复杂损伤，临床上较少见。也有些患者在就诊前脱位关节已自行复位而未得到诊断。对急性膝关节脱位自发性复位的肥胖患者和多发伤患者，早期误诊可导致灾难性的并发症，即血管损伤后继发的筋膜间室高压和肢体坏死，所以骨科医生必须正确认识和处理膝关节脱位。本文主要对膝关节脱位合并血管、神经损伤的检查方法及其治疗原则进行综述。
