摘要
高糖刺激大鼠系膜细胞血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)的产生,高糖组和ATⅡ组系膜细胞基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)mRNA表达降低,基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物1(TIMP-1)mRNA表达增加,MMP-9/ TIMP-1 mRNA比值下降,ATⅡ受体阻断剂Saralasin能逆转上述改变。
High glucose stimulated angiotensin Ⅱ (ATⅡ) production in mesangial cells of rat. Both high glucose and ATⅡ decreased expressions of matrix metalloprotein-9 ( MMP-9 ) mRNA and MMP-9/tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 ( TIMP-1 ) mRNA ratio and increased TIMP-1 mRNA expression in mesangial cells of rat, which could be reversed by an ATⅡ receptor blocker, Saralasin.
