摘要
目的分析应用BiPAP VISION型呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法将65例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者应用BiPAP VISION呼吸机治疗每日3-4次，每次2h；在机械通气前、机械通气后2、24h、通气结束时作血气分析，结果之间进行对比。结果与治疗前相比，无刨正压通气后2、8、24h和治疗结束时，PH值、PaO2、PaCO2等指标均改善；各组间的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），临床症状明显改善。结论BiPAP VISION型呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的疗效肯定，具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the effects of BiPAP VISION in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure. Methods 65 COPD patients with respiratory failure were performed under BiPAP VISION therapy before and after NIPPV respectively. Results The experimental group were significantly improvement in PaO2 ,PaCO2 and PH, RR after 2,24 h and treating-end time by BiPAP VISION （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions BiPAP VISION therapy has reliable curative effect on the patient in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with rspiratory failure.
