摘要
针对设计速度在公路设计中的局限性,提出了运行速度概念,介绍了国外运用运行车速评价线形的方法,总结了西方三国推荐的客车允许速度变化量,探讨了运行速度的设计方法,并将其与现行公路设计方法进行比较,实验证明,基于运行速度的公路设计方法是可行的。
According to the limitation of designed speed in highway design the concept of operation speed is proposed.The foreign method utilizing operation speed in linear evaluation is introduced.Based upon investigation of the allowable variation range of speed in three western countries practical method is presented for operation speed design.Comparison with present design method shows this method is practicable in highway design.
