摘要
从产业组织理论的角度出发,指出当前郑州市的房地产市场属于多头垄断的市场结构,驳斥了过度竞争论,并从市场集中度、产品差别化和进入壁垒三个因素对房地产业市场结构进行了分析,从而建立起有效竞争的良好市场环境。
Started from the angle of industrial organization theory,this paper points out that current real estate market in Zhengzhou belongs to the market structure of oligopoly,refutes the theory of over-competition,and analyzes the market structure of realty industry form three factors as market concentration,product differentiation and entry barriers,in order to build well market environment with effective competition.
