介绍了小区的智能化在人们心目中的地位,分析了智能化系统没有充分发挥作用的原因,就智能住宅建设中的三个关键问题作了探讨,并就保证智能化建设的健康发展提出了几点意见。
This article introduces intellectualization＇s position in people＇s mind,analyses the reasons why intellectualization system didn＇t adequately come into effect.It also discusses three key problems existed in intellectual residence construction,gives some advice on ensuring the health development of intellectualization construction.
