摘要
介绍了施工项目管理的内容和特点,论述了项目管理的施工系统,对项目成本控制原则进行了探讨,从组织、技术、经济三方面提出并阐述了项目成本控制措施,最终从加强施工项目管理达到控制项目成本。
Contents and characteristics of project management are introduced. Construction system in project management is discussed as well as prindple for cost control. From three aspects： organization, technology and economy measures for project cost control are elaborated in order to strengthen project management to realize cost control.
