围绕近年来建筑施工合同管理实践中暴露出来的常见问题进行深入分析,并提出治理对策,目的是有针对性地加强建筑施工企业的合同管理,维护企业的合法权益,从而实现利润的最大化。
The article deeply analyzes the common problems met in the practice of construction contract management in recent years, and proposes countermeasures for them, in order to strengthen contract management in construction enterprise, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise, and maximize its benefits.
