摘要 N-甲基-5-甲氧基-2-硝基苯胺是重要的医药中间体.这里以5-氯-2-硝基-苯胺(1)为起始原料,经取代、乙酰化、甲基化、去乙酰化得N-甲基-5-甲氧基-2-硝基苯胺(5),其结构经1HNMR确证. With N-methyl-5- methoxyl-2- nitroaniline as a pivotal organic intermedium, the derivative of benzimidazole was synthesized with the 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline ( 1 ) as the starting material through four-step process such as through substitution, acetylation, methylation and then deacetylation to give the title compound(5 , and its struc- ture was determined by HNMR.
