摘要
文章介绍了VoIP的基本概念和原理,重点阐述了VoIP的几个关键技术:信令技术、编码技术、静音检测技术、实时传输技术,以及QoS保障技术。分析了现存的问题和VoIP的发展前景。
This paper provides a description of the basic conception and principle of VoIP, especially several key technologies, which include： signaling, coding, voice activity detection, real - time transmission and guarantee of quality of network service. It analyzes the existing problems and the future of VoIP.
