摘要
灵丘县农村自来水工程受益人口已占全县农村人口总数的76%,针对其在管理中主要存在的折旧费、大修费难以足额提取,无法保证工程永久利用的问题,从五个方面说明了如何增加工程效益,保证工程折旧费和大修费的提取和使用,最终保证农村自来水工程永久利用。
The amount of prpulation in Lingqiu County benefited by rural tap water engineering has reached 76% of the total countryside population of the whole country. But having difficulty to draw depreciation and major repair fund and because of lacking fund, not having the ability to maintain the sustainable use of these engineerings are the main existing problems. From five aspects, this paper presents how to increase the engineering benefits, how to draw and use the depreciation and major repair fund to guarantee sustainable use of these engineerings.
