摘要
研究了多组分无机盐溶液的性质,以石灰石及浓盐酸等原料反应生成的液体CaC l2作添加剂,考察和比较了液体CaC l2用量、体系反应温度、反应时间等因素对SO42-去除过程的影响。在此基础上,对比其处理成本,得最佳工艺条件:添加剂的钙离子和原液中硫酸根离子的配比0.760(摩尔比),反应温度30℃,反应时间4h。可获得到SO42-<5g/L的满意效果,达到了企业对盐溶液中SO42-的含量要求标准。具有一定的应用价值和商业价值。
To study on the process of removal of SO4^2- from sodium multi - component solution and add some additive to remove the SO4^2- from the solution. The additive made from limestone and hydrochloric acid. Compared and investigated with various technological conditions on removal effects,the optimal technological conditions obtained as follows:the ratio of Ca^2+ to SO4^2- is 0. 760 ( Mol proportion) ,the reaction temperature is 30℃ and the reaction time is 4h. The consistency of SO4^2- is less than 5g/L. This process makes it possible for soda - chlorine enterprises to use high SO4^2- in salt solution.
