摘要
广州发电厂220 t/h锅炉燃用神华煤时产生严重结渣,通过对神华煤的煤质特性、炉膛及燃烧器结构、炉内气氛等分析后,提出了锅炉燃烧器技术改造方案。改造后的运行实践表明,燃烧器对掺烧神华煤的适应性增强,锅炉运行中结渣问题基本解决。
Serious slagging happened in the 220 t/h Boiler of Guangzhou power plant when burning Shenhua blended coal. This paper proposed the technical retrofit scheme based on the analyzes of Shenhua coal characteristic and the burner type. After the retrofit the practice of operation showed that the adaptabilily of the burner to burn Shenhua blended coal got stronger and the problem of slagging was resolved.
