血管内皮生长因子和白细胞介素-12在急性白血病中的表达及临床意义

Clinical significance of serum levels of the vascular endothelial growth factor and interleukin-12 in acute leukemia patients

摘要 通过检测急性白血病(AL)患者静脉血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和白细胞介素-12(IL-12)的含量,探讨VEGF和IL-12在急性白血病中的含量及临床意义.应用定量酶联免疫吸附实验测定10例初诊未治1、0例缓解期、5例复发患者和9例正常对照血清中VEGF和IL-12的含量.初诊未治组的VEGF含量(521.06ng/L±163.85ng/L)明显高于缓解组(307.62ng/L±55.40ng/L)及对照组(262.01ng/L±141.66ng/L)(P<0.05);对照组的IL-12水平(58.96ng/L±38.11ng/L)与初诊复发组(初诊未治组与复发组的合称32.51ng/L±14.58ng/L)、缓解组(71.67ng/L±119.09ng/L)之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05);正常对照组VEGF的含量与IL-12之间存在负相关性.结论是VEGF和IL-12与AL的病情变化有一定的关系. Measured the serum vascular endothelial growth factor and interleukin 12 levels in acute leukemia samples and correlated these levels with disease characteristics and prognoses. The purpose of this research was to reveal the clinical relevance between VEGF and interleukin 12 of acute leukemia. The serum VEGF and intefleukin 12 levels were measured by quantitative Enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA), which were applied to the groups of 10 untreated period, 10 complete remission period, 5 relapse period patients and 9 normal control. The concentrations of VEGF of untreated groups (521.06ng/L±163.85ng/L) were higher than those of complete remission(307.62ng/L ± 55.40ng/L) and normal groups (262.01ng/L ± 141.66ng/L). Differences existed between the concentrations of IL-12 in untreated groups or relapse, complete remission and normal groups. Negative correlation was found between the concentrations of VEGF and IL-12 in the normal groups. The concentrations of VEGF and IL-12 had some association with the clinical condition of acute leukemia.
