摘要
为使高等职业教育的改革得到全面深化,必须高度重视高职高专院校的辅导员队伍的建设。文章从建设专业化、系统化高职高专院校的辅导员队伍的重要性和必要性入手,试探性地分析了高职高专院校的辅导员队伍建设中必要的环节及各环节之间的连接,为打造一支专业化、职业化的高职高专院校的辅导员队伍进行尝试性的构建。
In order to further the reformation of advanced professional education, the training of tutors in colleges must be paid great attention. Starting with the importance and necessity of training the professional and organized group of tutors, this paper analyzes the necessary steps and their interrelationship to try to construct a group of specialized and professional tutors in colleges experimentally.
