长叶胡颓子对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂、血液流变和心肌酶谱的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Elaeagnus Bockii Diels on Serum Lipid and Blood Rheology and Miocandial Enzymes of Hyperlipidemia Model Rats

摘要 目的:探讨长叶胡颓子对高脂血症的预防保健作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠30只随机分为对照组、高脂血症模型组(以下简称模型组)和胡颓子组。根据实验要求,分别按标准喂养15周后测定每组动物个体血脂、血液流变及心肌酶的变化。结果:与对照组比较,模型组动物血浆中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)升高,脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量增加、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性明显降低,心肌酶大量释放(P<0.01),血液流变异常改变;与模型组比较,胡颓子组动物血浆中TC、TG明显降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)升高,MDA含量减少,SOD及GSH-PX活性增强,心肌酶的释放受到抑制(P<0.01),血液黏度、红细胞和血小板聚集能力明显降低。结论:长叶胡颓子果实具有调节血脂代谢、改善血流状态和抗氧化作用,对预防高脂蛋白血症、心血管内膜细胞及心肌组织的损伤具有积极的作用。 Objeelive:To study the preventive and health effects of Elaeagnus bockii Diels on hyperlipidemia. Methods:30 wistar rats were divided into three groups:control group, model group and Elaeagnus bockii Diels group, wistar rats were fed respectively with standard diet, 15 weeks later, to measure serum lipid, blood theology and myocandial enzymes in rats.Result:At the endof experiment,the serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels of model groups were higher than that of control goups, the quality of MDA were higher, the activity of SOD and GSH - PX were lower, the activity of myoeandial enzymes were higher, blood rheology were significantly changed, the serum TC and TG levels of Elacagnus boekii Diels groups were significantly lower than that of model groups, HDL - C was higher, the quality of MDA were lower, the activities of SOD and GSH - PX were higher , the activities of myocandial enzymes were lower, blood viscosity , the ability of RBC and platelet aggregation were significantly lower. Conclusion: Constant drinking of Elaeagnus bockii Diels can regulate hyperlipidemia rats serum lipid and lipoprotein, improve hermorrheology, clean oxygen free radical, there were preventive and health effects of Elaeagnus bockii Diels on hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular dis- ease.
