摘要
为在线监测汽轮机转子热应力和寿命损耗,开发了一种在线监测系统,并进行了仿真试验。结果表明:该系统能准确反映机组冷态启动时的情况;系统设计合理,运行稳定,可保证发电机组的安全运行。
A supervision system for on-line monitoring the thermal stress and life consumption of steam turbine rotors has been developed and subjected to simulation tests. Results show that the system can accurately reflect a set＇ s actual state during cold starts. The system＇ s design is rational, it operates stably and may be serviceable for warranting the set＇ s operational safety.
