摘要
针对燃油锅炉改烧煤焦油引起的冒黑烟的问题,研究了煤焦油燃烧及热解特性,设计了新的燃油雾化喷嘴和稳焰器结构,在实炉上进行了热态试验。结果表明,采用新设计的燃油雾化喷嘴和改进结构的稳焰器后,燃烧煤焦油锅炉负荷能稳定在210 t/h左右,且烟尘排放浓度有所降低,缓解了燃油锅炉改烧煤焦油后引起的锅炉冒黑烟的问题。
Focusing on the boiler problem of black smoke emission, is in case of switching oil firing to coal tar firing, studies on the combustion and pyrolytic properties of coal tar have been conducted and consequently a new feel oil atomazing nozzle and flame stabilizing construction developed. They were put to hot state tests in an actual furnace. Results show that, after switching to coal tar, the boiler can run stably of around 210 t/h output with the emitted dust smoke concentration reduced, herewith besically solving the boiler's smoke emission problem.
