摘要
本文报告了巩膜遂道4mm小切口植入折叠式人工晶体25例（25眼），术后无严重并发症。术后1周，裸眼视力＞＝0．5者16眼，占64％。术后手术性散光平均为；术后1周1．13±0．63D，1月0.82±0．50D，3月0.71±0．40D，6月0．47±0．28D。小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入手术，术后散光小，恢复快，且较稳定。
25 cases (25 eyes) undergoing phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens(IOL) implantation through 4mm scleral tunnel were reported. There was no serious complication in the postoperative period. Uncorrected visu al acuity≥0. 5 as in 16 eyes(64%) in the first postopera tive week. Surgically induced astigmatism according to the corneal topography data and calculated by vector analysis was 1.13±0. 63D in the first postoperative week,0. 82±0.50D one month after the surgery, 0. 71±0. 40D three months after the surgery and 0. 47±0. 28D six monthsafter the surgery. Small incision cataract surgery and pha coemulsification with folded soft intracular lenses resulted in less astigmatism, faster recovery, more stable refraction and visual acuity.
