叙述了 P 波段脉冲功率组件的设计方法和测试结果,它的主要技术指标为,频率540～600MHz 连续可调,脉冲宽度10～1 000μs,占空比1%～40%均可调,脉冲功率输出大于3W。
This paper discribes the design method and,test result of the P-Band pulse power assembly,Its frequency range is 540～600MHz,pulse width is 10～1000μs,duty cycle is 1%～40%,and output pulse power P_0≥3W.
