摘要
研究了条石鲷亲鱼培育、产卵、受精卵孵化,仔稚鱼饵料系列的选择以及营养强化,并对胚胎发育进行连续性观察.根据不同海域的研究成果,完善了条石鲷人工繁育技术工艺.结果表明:22-24℃为条石鲷最佳自然产卵水温;仔稚鱼有三个明显的生长危险期;饵料营养、环境水质对仔稚鱼的成活率影响显著.
Parent fish breeding, spawning and fertilized eggs being incubated were carried out in this experiment, and the requirements of larval and juvenile diet series and nutrition being enriched were reported. And embryotic development was observed in continuity. The technology for artificial breeding of Oplegnathus fasciatus was consummated according to the studies of different sea areas. The result showed that 22- 24℃ was the optimum temperature for spawning ; and larvae and juvenile had three critical periods of growth ; diet nutrition and water quality of environment had significant effects on survival rate of larvae and juvenile.
