腔镜辅助下胸腰段骨折的微创外科手术
摘要
胸腰惟是人体的中枢支柱，胸腰段（T11-L2）是相对活动椎与稳定椎的交界处．极易骨折：大多数脊柱骨折都发生在胸腰段并导致严重的脊往前柱骨折．而前柱承受了脊柱的压力性负荷，前柱骨折将严重破坏脊柱的稳定性、大多数胸腰段骨折都会造成脊髓的前方压迫和不同程度的神经功能障碍，为恢复神经功能和重建脊柱的生物力学稳定性，
