摘要
思想政治教育工作是以一定的环境为背景展开的。心理学家认为,环境因素对受教育者接受信息具有重要的影响作用。心理环境是思想政治教育内化环节的平台,直接影响着受教育者对教育内容的内化效果。其中,情绪、情感因素对提高内化效果尤为重要,对受教育者的接受活动起着积极或是消极作用。教育者要结合受教育者的情绪状态、情感体验,适时适宜地开展教育工作,使受教育者形成积极向上的心态,充分发挥积极情感对于思想政治教育工作成效的“催化剂”作用,实现教育内容的内化。
Ideological and political education is always carried out in a certain environment. Psychologists believe that psychological environmental factors play an important role to students in accepting information. Mood and emotions are two important factors to affect assimilating knowledge. Educators should rightly carry out the educational plans according to the students' mood and emotions, helping them develop a positive attitude. At the same time, they should make full use of students' positive moods to improve the effect of ideological and political education.
