摘要
目的探讨吗啡、硝普钠联合治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法30例治疗组和28例对照组患者均为我院住院的急性左心衰竭病人,二组患者均采用心力衰竭常规治疗,患者取坐位或半卧位,高流量吸氧6—8L/min,湿化瓶中含20%—25%酒精,合理使用速尿,西地兰静脉推注等治疗;治疗组采用吗啡、硝普钠联合治疗,对照组采用硝酸甘油治疗。结果吗啡、硝普钠联合治疗组总有效率93.3%对照组总有效率71.4%,两组比较P<0.01,结果差异有显著性。结论吗啡、硝普钠联合治疗急性左心衰竭效果显著、安全可靠。
Objective To study the effect of morphine SNP in the treatment of acute left ventricular failure. Methods 30 cases and 28 cases treated in our hospital patients in the control group were hospitalized with acute left ventricular failure patients.
