摘要
为了提高印刷品质量,必须精确检测和控制印刷工艺过程。检测并控制制版印刷过程中的网点面积(率),是提高印刷质量的重要课题。阐述了基于图像处理技术的印刷网点面积检测仪的软件系统的实现方法。
Accurate detection and process control are of vital importance to improve printing quality. To measure and control the dot area in plate - making and printing process is an important subject to improve print quality. The research and development of the software system for micro detection instrument to measure the dot area based on image processing technology was introduced.
