摘要
粗糙集理论是一种处理模糊和不确定知识的新型数学工具。运用粗糙集理论对塑件在注射成型过程中常见的成型不足问题进行分析,通过属性约简,找出影响塑件成型质量的关键因素,提炼出对判断成型塑件结果有重要意义的决策规则。研究结果表明,粗糙集理论用于塑件注射质量分析可简化复杂的影响因素,找出更为清晰简明的判断规则。
Rough set theory is a new math tool in dealing with fuzzy and uncertain knowledge. The problems of insufficient filling usually occurred in the process of injection molding were analyzed by using the theory. The key factors that influence the molding quality are detected through attribute reduction, and the decision rules that are important in judging the molding results are extracted. The results show that in analyzing the quality of injection molding, the complex contributing factors can be simplified by using rough set theory and the clearer and more concise derision-making rules can be obtained.
