摘要
建立科学合理的收入分配体系对构建社会主义和谐社会十分重要。这就需要深刻认识收入分配体系与和谐社会的关系,分析分配不公对构建和谐社会的影响,探讨和谐社会收入分配体系的思路和特点,建立与和谐社会相适应的收入分配体系。
It is of significance to set up a scientific and rational waging system for the sake of the socialist communal harmony. Thus the paper claims that a proper understanding is crucial of the relationship in between, the effects of the unequal allocation, and establishment of the suitable waging system to adapt to the social harmony.
