摘要
介绍了活性炭材料的脱硫机理;论述了烟气中O2和H2O在脱硫过程中的作用,O2与炭表面作用形成的C-O中间物可氧化SO2,H2O具有洗脱H2SO4、提供质子及水解作用;活性炭材料表面的碱性对脱硫具有促进作用,炭表面的催化活性位能够有效催化转化SO2。
The mechanism of de-sulfurization by activated carbon introduced;the function of O2 and H2O in process of de-sulfurization expounded that the intermediate product C-O from reaction between O2 and carbon surface can oxidize SO2,and H2O can wash it out in form of H2SO4 and provide protons and lead to hydrolysis;alkalinity of the activated carbon surface bears a promotion effect for de-sulfurization;effective catalysis and conversion of SO2 can be realized at catalytically reactive spots of carbon surface.
