摘要
针对中厚板热轧过程中速度场的特点设定了速度场函数,利用Markov变分原理求解场函数中的待定常数。将该模型应用于板材热轧综合解析数值模型,使得综合解析数值模型更加合理。同时,基于欧拉坐标系建立了应变速率和应变的数值解法,从而解决了多道次轧制过程变形场连续计算问题。计算结果表明,该模型能较好地反映轧制变形区的变形情况,计算得到的轧制力与实测值吻合较好。
According to the characteristics of plate rolling, the flowing velocity function of material is assumed. Assumed parameters in flowing velocity function are established by Markov theory. This model has been applied in generalized mathematical model of hot rolling process of plate which can be more reasonable. Upon this model the numerical solutions of strain rate and strain are established in Eulerian setting. The model is able to carry out the continuous computations of deformation for multi-pass rolling. The simulated results show that the deformation of hot rolling can be expressed by this model very well and the rolling force coincide well with the industrial measured data.
