摘要
针对高扬程大型离心水泵采用"闭阀起泵,关阀停泵"的工作方式,开停泵时对机组及配套设备产生较大冲击现象,提出对所配套的同步电机采用软起动停机技术,以减轻振动,延长设备使用寿命。
Based upon the great impact against the motor set and its accessory equipment when turning on/off the valve due to the working mode that ＂Start pump when valve shut off＂ and ＂Shut offvalve when pump stops＂ for the high lift, large size centrifugal water pump, the soft start and stop technology is introduced to the large-size synchronous motor set, so as to decrease the vibration and prolong the service life of the equipment.
