摘要
目的探讨"程序化"护理方案对重型颅脑损伤病人预后的影响。方法成立颅脑损伤病人抢救小组,制订"程序化"护理方案,将护士按职称、工作年限分别组成若干小组,各小组由组长负责。当接诊重型颅脑损伤病人时,按制订的护理方案进行抢救。结果采用"程序化"护理方案后,病人得到有效治疗的时间缩短(P<0.01),治疗效果得到提高(P<0.05)。结论"程序化"护理方案的应用,可提高抢救成功率,减少病人致残率,促进专科护理水平的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of procedural nursing plan on the prognosis of patients with severe head injury. Methods We set up a rescue team and established procedural nursing plans for patients with head injury. The nurses were assigned into several teams according to professional titles and working years. A team leader was in charge of each team. Each team implemented the first aid measures for patients with severe head injuries according to the established nursing plan. Results After the practice of procedural nursing plan,the time of effective treatment was shortened （P 〈 0.01 ） and the treatment effect was improved significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of procedural nursing plan can improve the success rate of first aid,reduce the rate of disability and promote the level of speciality nursing.
