摘要 采用熔融插层法制备了尼龙6(PA6)/蒙脱土插层复合材料,通过X射线衍射仪、透射电镜等表征手段研究了该复合材料的微观结构,采用锥形量热仪、拉伸测试仪等测试了材料的阻燃性能、力学性能以及热变形温度。结果表明,有机蒙脱土片层的间距扩大了,PA6插入了有机蒙脱土片层之间。PA6/蒙脱土插层复合材料具有较低的热释放速率和质量损失,并且当有机蒙脱土质量分数为5%~7%时,该复合材料的综合性能最好。 Nylon6(PA6)/montmorillonite composites were successfully prepared by melt intercalation. The microstructure of PA6/montmorillonite composites was observed with the X-ray diffraction and the TEM technique. The flammability, mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature were investigated through cone calorimeter and mechanical apparatuses. The results show that the layers of montmorillonite are expanded. The intercalatied PA6/organic montmorillonite composites have less heat release rate, less mass loss and PA6/organic montmorillonite composites have the best mechanilcal propertices when the content of organic montmorillonite is between 5 %-7%.
