摘要 分析了供应链企业间信任的重要性,识别了供应链企业间信任的影响因素,提出了供应链企业间信任的概念性框架,并提出了提升供应链企业间信任水平的系统机制。 The paper clarifies the importance of trust among the supply chain members, describes the influence factors, gives out the conceptual framework of trust among the members and puts forward the systematic mechanism of trust among SC firms.
